WHO ARE WE ? - A friendly service offering longer appointments and joined up care for children and families.
WE CAN HELP WITH........ Support with ongoing infections or illness concerns. Behavioural concerns affecting health. Unsettled babies/infants. Advice & reassurance for worried parents. Help with referrals. Support for families needing frequent GP/UTC/A&E visits.
OTHER INFORMATION : We can asses and prescribe for non-urgent conditions. We can offer bothe telephone or face to face appointments depending on what you need. We offer longer appointments with time to talk things through.
